Goods can be returned if it is in original package, without traces of installation and usage. Besides, the package must be in a good condition. Goods receipt and cash receipt, and identification document must be provided (point 1 article 30 of Ukrainian Law “About protection of consumer’s rights”). If the goods were purchased for bank transfer, the goods return is done according to return bill from the customer and his identification document.
RETURN TERMS ARE THE FOLLOWING:

2. 14 calendar days from date of purchase (date of purchase is indicated in the bill) for the goods of other brands. |
